Eoncoat is corrosion protection with a surface treatment method. This spray-applied industrial inorganic coating will prevent rust on carbon steel. It phosphates the steel it comes into contact with, forming an amorphous magnesium-iron phosphate layer. It can be applied to surface rust and only requires 1 spray to get 2 layers of protection up to 500 microns. This true alloy is chemically part of the steel and will not react with the elements, eliminating the threat of corrosion. White ceramic layer forms over the alloy layer and provides a huge reservoir of phosphate to protect and repair the alloy layer.
