THERMACT is a multifunctional combustion catalyst used to enhance the combustion of coal. As a result of improved combustion, the following benefits are derived when THERMACT is dosed in the ratio of 1 Kg for 20 – 30 Tons of Coal. · Reduction in Slag & Clinker · Reduction in Unburnt carbon in Fly Ash & Bottom Ash · Reduction in Flue Gas Exit Temperature · Reduction in RH & SH spray · Operational freedom for blending different types of coal in different blending ratios · Improved plant availability & reliability In addition to the above direct benefits, THERMACT helps in significantly enhancing the plant life by removing existing Slag & Clinker and keeping it clean by preventing further deposition. Dosage THERMACT is generally dosed in the ratio of 1: 20 - 1:30 (1 Kg of THERMACT for 20 to 30 Tons of coal). However, the dosage may have to be varied if warranted by fuel quality and / or existing operational efficiency.
