Twin Mold thread comes in 19G needle and thread USP of 0-0 to 2.
Molded threads are manufactured only by pressing without any heat added. Thus, no transformation of the material is found.
The device used to manufacture molding thread is designed, developed and built by my CEO.
Molding thread shows great pulling effect (even better than cutting cogs) with same tensile strength as before molding.
Molding also comes in L type or W type single cannula needle.
