TS-ANPR is a deep learning-based high-accuracy license plate recognition engine developed by TS-Solution Corp. It supports license plate standards of Korea, Japan, and Vietnam, making it ideal for international deployments.
The engine delivers exceptional recognition accuracy even in challenging conditions such as reflective films, night noise, various shooting angles, bad weather, dirty or damaged plates, and 360-degree fisheye lens cameras. Unlike conventional systems, TS-ANPR can recognize plates directly from fisheye images without dewarping.
Three deep learning models are available: S (short-range) for entry/exit management, M (standard) for parking space monitoring and fisheye cameras, and L (long-range) for multi-lane traffic analysis. Recognition speed reaches as fast as 21ms on modern CPUs.
Key features include vehicle-mounted detection, multiple plate recognition, 360-degree surround recognition, object detection for parking occupancy, and customizable region of interest settings. The engine supports 9 image file formats and 15 pixel formats for seamless integration.
TS-ANPR is cross-platform compatible with Windows (32/64-bit) and Linux (x86_64/ARM64), with code examples provided in 32 programming languages including Python, C, Java, C++, and C#. A 30-day free trial is available for evaluation.
