Fact Base Co., Ltd. is a company that provides a drawing management system "ZUMEN" aimed at promoting digital transformation (DX) in manufacturing. Although small and medium-sized factories in Japan have supported the manufacturing industry for a long time, the delay in digitalization has become a major challenge as more than 50% of them have closed in the past 30 years. We visited numerous small and medium-sized factories and directly identified the problem of inefficient document and data management and loss of technical know-how. Because there was no easy-to-use system to solve this problem, "ZUMEN" was born. For three years since its launch, ZUMEN has supported the manufacturing industry's DX with its convenience and innovation, and it is being used not only in Japan but also in Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United States.
