A pallet conveying system consists of a variety of functional module units, combined to facilitate the efficient handling of materials in a production process.
In an automated production line, the workpieces are placed accurately on pallets, and a conveyor transports the pallets using either a segmented start-stop method, or in continuous motion with pallet stacking and waiting.
The conveying system uses program algorithms, conveying control devices, and functional modules to accu- rately control the storage, release, steering, positioning, lifting, and other movements of the pallets. Workpieces are quickly circulated between different production processes according to the production rhythm of the system, efficiently and accurately completing production.
