The Nutrunner AFC-3000 Series by DAKO(Daiichi Korea) is a servo nutrunner system optimized for high-speed, high-precision automated fastening processes. Equipped with a high-speed damper option, it enables accurate seating without overshoot even at speeds exceeding 1,000 RPM. With Ethernet-level communication speeds, quality data transmission is three times faster than previous models (standard Ethernet). Thanks to its CF memory card-based large-capacity recording function, quality data can be stored even without a PC connection, making process management more convenient. It supports various configurations such as straight, offset, and angle types, along with a wide range of torque capacities. The controller offers multi-tool control and built-in PLC functionality, contributing to system integration and cost efficiency. Compliance with CE and EMC standards ensures high applicability in the European market.
