To remove stubbornly stuck tubes from heat exchangers, boilers, and condensers, specialized tools called Internal Tube cutters are used. The internal tube cutters use cutting bits for shearing the tube from the inside while being rotated either manually or using a power drive such as pneumatic or electric. Ferrous or non-ferrous tubes of various tube wall thicknesses and tube internal diameters can be serviced by these tools. The reach of the tool can be selected as per the application and have an adjustable collar to achieve the required cutting length.
