Provides a durable cathodic corrosion protection for all metal surfaces, e.g. hot-galvanised parts. Zinc Spray forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of micro-fine zinc flakes (purity 98-99%) and is temperature-resistant up to approx. +500°C (+932°F). After more than 550 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN 53167 and DIN 50021, metal parts coated with Zinc Spray did not show any corrosion. The new zinc flakes form an extraordinarily resistant protective layer, even with extreme weather and environmental conditions. Thus, Zinc Spray exceeds the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 1461.
