The patented gas lance of the VARIEX® type enables a significantly larger control range with a lower pressure loss at the same time, since the differential pressure can be kept constant using our own measuring equipment. Conventional gas lance systems, especially for injecting explosive exhaust gases, have so far been limited by a small control range. In order to ensure a minimum throughput an auxiliary medium such as nitrogen or air must be added if the fluctuation range is large. Thanks to the system automatically controlled during operation, this control range can be drastically increased, even with low inlet pressure
