1. High precision and high rigidity synchronous servo motor is built into the main shaft:
– The front bearing adopts high precision tapered roller bearing & ball bearing and row angular contact ball bearing, which can bear larger axial load, to realize strong cutting and replace grinding.
– Low speed and high torque, high output efficiency.
– High precision, high rigidity, high stability, high efficiency.
– Low vibration, low noise, good balance, good thermal properties.
2.Servo hydraulic tower with high precision and rigidity:
- Using basic structure with servo motor indexing function, arc gear tooth positioning, hydraulic locking.
- The turret index does not need to be lifted, reducing tool change movements, avoiding debris and coolant from entering the turret and affecting the positioning accuracy.
– The serrated disc is hydraulically locked to ensure that the 7Mpa high pressure coolant maintains sufficient tension when passing through the turret.
