Since our establishment in December 2011, we have provided a wide range of consulting services for the maritime sector, including regulatory compliance support for the HKC (Ship Recycling Convention), the BWMC, and GHG reduction requirements, as well as engineering, risk assessments and various technical services.
On April 1, 2025, we transitioned from ClassNK Consulting Service Co., Ltd. to PrimeTech Consulting Service Co., Ltd.
Under our new name, we continue to deliver reliable, high-quality services that contribute to the sustainable development of the global maritime industry.
At this exhibition, we jointly exhibit with IMC Co., Ltd., showcasing “ClassNK CMAXS,” a ship management system with over 10 years of proven track record, and a newly launched joint compliance service for cybersecurity requirements (IACS UR E26).
■ClassNK CMAXS
ClassNK CMAXS is a solution designed to optimize onboard equipment condition monitoring and maintenance management.
By detecting early warning signs of potential failures, the system helps prevent machinery issues before they occur.
This contributes to safer vessel operations and improved schedule reliability, supporting shipowners and ship management companies in maintaining stable and efficient operations.
■Compliance Services for the Cybersecurity Requirements (IACS UR E26)
We provide specialized support for compliance with the IACS UR E26, applicable to ships for which the building contract is placed on or after 1 July 2024.
For shipyards during the design and construction phases, as well as for shipowners and ship management companies during the operational phase, we offer comprehensive assistance covering:
• Preparation of required documentation and drawings
• Support for required testing and verification
• Establishment and operation of document control and management systems
Through these services, we help ensure smooth and efficient compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
