FilingBox MEGA is a storage protection solution that proactively prevents ransomware and data theft malware attacks on servers.
The FillingBox Mega is equipped with an application inspection module, which examines applications on the server that request data when a data request is made via a network drive, providing real files with read-write properties only to preregistered applications. On the other hand, unregistered applications are provided with fake files with read-only properties. This ensures that data is protected even if the server's root account is stolen.
The technology is recommended for use as X.1220 by ITU-T, an international technical standardization organization under the United Nations, and is certified as a common criterion (CC).
