eFLOW Series Ultra-Pure Water Electrostatic Prevention Device
The eFLOW Series is a device that controls the resistivity of ultra-pure water by supplying carbon dioxide (CO₂) through a proprietary hollow fiber gas-permeable membrane developed exclusively by DIC. This system effectively prevents contamination reattachment caused by static electricity as well as electrostatic damage to substrate patterns.
