Different from instant milk tea powder, you can find real tea leaves in the teabag. 3:15 PM makes an effort to collect and formulate milk tea. We use unique roasting skills to combine oolong tea and black tea to create the perfect aroma of milk tea. It is easy to have different kinds of milk tea texture by the special teabag design while having our milk tea, just simply adjust the amount of water based on your personal preference.
